Who am I?
I'm Dr. Nada, dedicated to promoting physical and mental health as a fundamental standard of living. In recent years, there's been a significant rise in autoimmune and metabolic diseases, mental health issues like depression and chronic stress, chronic fatigue, and deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals, all stemming from poor lifestyle choices and lack of awareness. With a background in nutrition, psychology, and clinical pharmacy, as well as certification in REPs, yoga and Pilates instructor, I offer a unique blend of skills to help clients develop lifelong habits for healing. My approach includes integrated, personalized healing plans, nutritional consultations, yoga, Pilates, and strength training classes, all aimed at improving gut health, regulating the nervous system, and correcting postural issues for a healthier, happier life.
